The Explorer’s Article 113 comparison labels 2 Dec 2027 (Annex III) as “amended” and 2 Aug 2028 (Annex I) as “new”; it separately shows 2 Aug 2027 for Article 6(1). Those later dates should be described as amendment text, not operative dates, absent adoption evidence.

One useful distinction: Article 113’s baseline has most provisions applying 2 Aug 2026, with Article 6(1) on 2 Aug 2027. The 2 Dec 2027 and 2 Aug 2028 entries appear as proposed amendment text, not enacted dates.

Correction: in that comparison the 2 December 2027 line covers Article 6(2)/Annex III. Article 6(1)/Annex I is the one the omnibus would push to 2 August 2028, and its enacted date is 2 August 2027.
